Working Process
ZKT-09 paper cup double wall machine is ideal equipment for making double walls paper cups/bowls. It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole process of automatic paper (fan shape sleeve) feeding, cone sleeve body ultrasonic sealing, glue spraying inside the cone sleeve, cup/bowl feeding (absorbing cup and putting it into the cone sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup. The sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks (milk, tea, coffee, etc.).
