MB-S16 ultrasonic double PE coated paper cup machine is an automatic molding machine with multi-station. Main components include ultrasonic sealing system, speed reducer, motor, knurling set, bottom heating set and inverter. It is used to make paper cups, coffee cups, ice cream cups and other disposable cone type food containers through a series of successive processes, such as automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling bottom punching, heating, knurling, hemming, etc. With MB-S16 ultrasonic paper cup making machine, you can produce both single and double sides PE coated paper cups only by exchanging the raw material.

Principle

MB-S16 ultrasonic paper cup making machine is developed on basis of MB-S12 double PE coated paper cup machine. In this type of paper cup machine, we add an ultrasonic system to seal the paper cup body. The ultrasonic system solves the problem that double sides PE coated paper can not be sealed by heater, because when a heater is applied on the outside surface, the PE film will be burnt and become yellow or blackish making the cups look ugly.
