MB-S35 ultrasonic double PE coated paper bowl machine is mainly applied to produce single or double side PE coated paper bowls which are used as soup bowls, instant noodle bowls, takeout bowls, ice cream bowls, and other large capacity food and beverage containers. This ultrasonic paper bowl machine is mainly composed of triangle iron or channel steel chain wheel, chain, connecting rod, cam, bearing, speed reducer, motor and automatic speed regulation inverter.
 
Features
1. MB-S35 double PE coated paper bowl machine features small size, stable performance, low investment and high benefit.
2. This machine can achieve stepless speed adjustment.
3. Optical non-contact switch is employed to achieve automatic control.  
4. The ultrasonic paper bowl machine is able to feed, seal, punch, edge curl and knurl the paper automatically. 
5. Paper bowls body side is sealed by heater, and bottom is sealed by hot air.
6. Mould of paper bowl could be changed to different sizes (height up to 125 mm) according to your needs.

Maintenance
1. Please keep the unauthorized people away from the ultrasonic paper bowl machine in operation.
2. Please add engine oil onto moving parts of the equipment every day.
3. Lubricating grease should be used on the equipment regularly (usually every 15 days).
4. All screws and chains must be checked and fastened each 15 days.
