Description
MB-S22 ultrasonic double sides PE coated paper cup making machine is an automatic molding machine with multi-station. Main parts of it include ultrasonic sealing system, index, speed reducer, motor, knurling set, bottom heating set and inverter. This ultrasonic paper cup machine is used to make paper cups, coffee cups, ice cream cups and other disposable cone type food containers through a series of successive process, such as automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling bottom punching, heating, knurling, hemming, etc. 

Features
1. MB-S22 ultrasonic double sides PE coated paper cup making machine can be used to produce both single and double PE coated paper cups. 
2. Compared to our MB-S16 ultrasonic double PE coated paper cup machine, MB-S22 is more suitable for making taller cups whose height varies from 140 mm to 165 mm. 
3. Ultrasonic Welding Function: This ultrasonic paper cup machine also has ultrasonic welding function to make the cups look good and beautiful. 
4. Micro-Computer System: This machine employs micro-computer system to control frequency speed-changing. With infinite speed adjustment, it is workable in power ranging from 220 V to 380 V. 
5. Ultrasonic Hot-Pressing System: Ultrasonic double sides PE coated paper cup making machine adopts imported ultrasonic hot-pressing system for cup forming. It will not damage the printing on the paper cup and makes paper cup with tidy, smooth and reliable adhesive qualities. 
6. Fully Automatic: This ultrasonic paper cup machine is fully automatic for paper cup forming, such as air-suction paper feeding, container wall forming, adhering, knurling, paper-lips forming, etc. 
7. It has optically controlled contact-less switch, which automatically controls the machine and secures the safety of both the machine and operator.
