Rim flattener is a newly developed machine from Mingbo. Our paper cup rim flattening machine is mainly made up of ultrasonic device and turning plate. It employs ultrasonic device to flatten top rim on paper cups. 

Application
YK-12 paper cup rim flatten machine, designed to run in line with Mingbo paper cup making machine, automatically flattens and ultrasonically seals the top rims on paper cups. It flattens rims both on round containers (as large as one-half gallon for dehydrated soups and other foods) and on non-round containers of various sizes. The flattened rim is helpful for container sealing and fresh-keeping (such as it contributes to paste aluminium foil cup lid on the yogurt cup, which help to keep the yogurt fresh). YK-12 rim flattener fills in the blank space of manufacturing yogurt cups in packaging industry.
