ZWT-35 automatic paper cup outer sleeve making machine (for double wall cup) is a multi-station paper cup over wrapping equipment. It is mainly composed of motor, gear box, ultrasonic device and hardened cam. It can complete the whole process successively, such as automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic side sealing, twin cylinder positioning, mechanical hand delivering, automatic glue brushing and bonding, bowl unloading, overwrapping, etc. 

Application of Paper Cup Outer Sleeve Making Machine
ZWT-35 automatic paper cup overwrap machine is developed and designed to wrap paperboard materials around paperboard or plastic containers. It wraps and seals pre-printed paper around cups or other containers for increasing strength, thermal insulation and brand promotion. The overwrap has functions of product preservation and graphic enhancement. Depending on materials utilized, the wrapped containers can get temperature, oxygen or moisture protection. This innovative machine also wraps label stock, micro flute or embossed materials around paperboard containers.

Attentions
1. Engine oil should be added to moving parts of the machine everyday. 
2. Lubricating grease oil should be added to paper cup outer sleeve making machine each 15 days.
