RB-650 Flexo Printing Machine

Description
RB-650 flexographic printer is an economical and environmental friendly printing machine for paper cups. Flexo printing machine employs water soluble ink. It can complete the whole process including paper feeding, printing, polishing, drying, laminating and rolling.

Application
Flexo printing machine is suitable for printing on single and double PE coated paper, PVC, OPP or other plastic products, such as corrugated boxes, flexible packaging (like flexible plastics), self adhesive labels, disposable cups and containers. 

Features 
1. Flexographic printer is equipped with automatic deviation correcting and corona equipment.
2. Customization service for flexo printing machines with different specifications (four to six colors) is available. 
3. It employs ceramic anilox roller to deliver ink. 
4. It can meet various printing requirement by changing printing and anilox roller.
5. Magnetic powder brake and clutch controller (or Mitsubishi automatic tension controller) are used for feeding and discharging.
6. Each printing unit has a group of infrared drying device.
7. When the flexo printing machine stops working, ink roller will separate itself from paper automatically and run slowly in case ink dries.
8. Main motor adopts imported frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation technology.
9. Flexographic printer mainly features stability, fast speed, efficiency, high precision and low consumption.

2. Electrical Configuration: Circuit Breaker, Temperature Controller, Hall Switch, AC Contactor, Frequency Convertor and Press Button
3. Optional Configuration: Deviation Correct System, Computer Screen Capture Device, Die Cutting Circular Knife, Computer Post The Version and UV Dryer
