RB-850 Flexo Printer

Description
RB-850 flexo printer can complete paper feeding, printing, polishing, drying, laminating and rolling fast and accurately. Excellent performance makes it ideal machine for printing houses to print on corrugated boxes, flexible packaging (like flexible plastics), self adhesive labels, disposable cups and containers.

Features 
1. We can design and manufacture flexographic printing machines according to customers’ requirements. 
2. RB-850 flexo printer employs ceramic anilox roller to deliver ink. 
3. It can meet various printing requirement by changing printing and anilox roller.
4. Magnetic powder brake and clutch controller (or Mitsubishi automatic tension controller) are used for feeding and discharging.
5. Each printing unit has a group of infrared drying device.
6. When RB-850 flexo printer stops working, ink roller will separate itself from paper automatically and run slowly in case ink dries.
7. Main motor adopts imported frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation technology.
8. Our flexographic printing machine mainly features stability, fast speed, efficiency, high precision and low consumption.
