Description
Mingbo six-color flexographic printing machine is designed to run together with Mingbo’s paper cup making machines. Flexographic printer is an economical and environmental friendly paper cup printing machine. It is suitable for printing on single and double PE/PVC/OPP (or other plastic materials) coated paper. The whole working process includes paper feeding, printing, polishing, drying, laminating and rolling. Flexographic printing machine is used for printing on corrugated boxes, flexible packaging (like flexible plastics), self adhesive labels, disposable cups and containers. We have RB-850 and RB-650 flexographic printer for your selection. 

Features 
1. Flexographic printing machine employs water soluble ink. 
2. It is equipped with automatic deviation correcting and corona equipment.
3. We can customize printing machines with different specifications (four to six colors) according to customers’ needs. 
4. Flexographic printing machine employs ceramic anilox roller to deliver ink.
5. It can meet various printing requirements by changing printing and anilox roller.
6. Magnetic powder brake and clutch controller (or Mitsubishi automatic tension controller) are used for paper cup feeding and discharging.
7. Each printing unit has a group of infrared drying device.
8. When the flexographic printer stops working, ink roller will separate itself from paper automatically and run slowly in case ink dries.
9. Main motor adopts imported frequency conversion adjusting speed and stepless speed regulation technology.
10. Flexographic printing machine mainly features stability, fast speed, efficiency, high precision and low consumption. 

Flexo Printing
Flexography (often abbreviated to flexo) is a form of printing process which utilizes a flexible relief plate. It is essentially a modern version of letterpress which can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate, including plastic, metallic films, cellophane and paper. It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging.
A flexo printing is made by creating a positive mirrored master of the required image as a 3D relief in a rubber or polymer material. Flexography plates can be created with analog and digital plate making processes. The image areas are raised above the non image areas on the rubber or polymer plate. The ink is transferred from the ink roll which is partially immersed in the ink tank. Then it is delivered to the anilox roll whose texture holds a specific amount of ink since it is covered with thousands of small wells or cups that enable it to meter ink to the printing plate in a uniform thickness evenly and quickly (the number of cells per linear inch can vary according to the type of print job and the quality required).
