Description
MB-ZT-200 fully automatic paper bucket making machine is suitable for producing large diameter paper containers (height reaches up to 200 mm), such as family bucket and packaging bucket in KFC, popcorn bucket, potato chips bucket, etc. This double sides PE coated paper bucket machine can produce both the one side and two sides PE coated paper buckets.

1. Automatic paper bucket making machine is developed by introducing foreign advanced technology and considering market requirement. 
2. Paper bucket forming machine is an automatic multi-station machine with photo sensor detecting, failure alarming and counting functions. 
3. This machine adopts ultrasonic system to seal the barrel side body, so it is available for making super size paper bucket both single and double PE coated.
4. The whole making process is controlled by PLC and photoelectric failure detection system. Thus, it can ensure continuous production intelligently. 
5. In case of malfunction, the paper bucket making machine will automatically stop and show signs. When paused, it will switch to standby mode. 
6. This newly designed automatic PE coated paper bucket forming machine optimizes its gear transmission system which enables it to operate smoothly and stably along with a decrease of machine wear caused by inertial movement. 
7. By adopting box structure design and spray lubrication, our paper bucket making machine offers high speed production.
8. It is suitable for higher weight paper due to a novel heating type.

Working Process of MB-ZT-200 Paper Bucket Making Machine 
The procedure is as following: automatic paper feeding, sealing, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, knurling, oil lubricating, curling and bucket discharging. MB-ZT-200 automatic PE coated paper bucket machine makes buckets by attaching bucket wall and bottom together. The bucket bottom is heated in advance before attached which can increase the quality of heating and knurling.
